RETURN POLICY

Order Cancellation

We accept cancellations of orders before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order once the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping costs will be charged to customers at most once (including returns); no restocking fees will be charged to consumers for returning a product.

If the consumer is responsible for the return, they must bear the shipping costs. The specific costs depend on the chosen courier company.

If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to reasons on our part, the consumer will not be required to pay for return shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hollimix.com.
